My cousin borrowed money from Xcrosscash and paid the loan off months ago.

However, he said they are still deducting money from his account. He said today, a sum of 16k was taken from his bank account. What makes it so painful is that my cousin is just a secondary school teacher earning less than 6 figures.

He said he's deleted the app but it still happening.

Who knows the solution to this problem? HELP!!!

Tell your cousin to got to the bank and block any online transaction, because ur cousin gave the loan app access to his account when adding his card and can only be stopped by going to the bank that's why u can't cheat legit loan apps like fairmoney and co cause even if u go to the bank they can stop the debit from illegal loan apps like the one ur cousin is using but can't stop the ones like fairmoney

Let him block his atm card ASAP first, or better still stop putting money in that account going forward.
If you want to borrow money there should be a dedicated account for that kind of thing to avoid stories that touch
