To overcome issues like this.

When people understand there can get away with anything… then they will do everything.


Tougher laws… less crimes.

the Chinese are raping Africa from different angles, they mine illegally in every Africa countries that has minerals.
If you do not have mineral they fish illegally on your waters.

Blame this on the failure of government. The local government area of operation failed to ensure proper operational guidance for such a company.

Mining Titanium ore also provides an opportunity for the government to setup a titanium processing plant with a good environmental impact; and that in turn provides jobs and good earning from export.
