Day 1: Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 cup coconut water

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If desired, add some ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
