Anambra state government proven beyond any reasonable doubt they can when the built international airport with 3.7 km runway that any aircraft known to mankind can land, longest ever built by any state government in Nigeria with 9 stores control tower fully equipped with day and night landing equipments. Without borrowing states that tried to copy Anamabra like Ekiti, Ogun end up borrowing Base on this thread https://www.nairaland.com/7828532/gov-soludo-sign-agreement-anamabra 8 Likes 1 Share

The major problem of Nigeria Is that those who have what it takes to move the country forward are not allowed to saddle the leadership of the country. We only have wasters and terrorists whose only assignment is to use every available tool to sit tight and destroy the country. Imagine Akpabio sending #2m enjoyment token to fellow senators. These are men and women who have milked the country dry, though they are rich in millions, yet even when the masses are labouring under the burden of subsidy removal without any assistance from the government, Akpabio is busy distributing enjoyment cash transfers. 11 Likes |

Building has never been a problem with our dear country, the issue is maintenance! We build airports that land no planes and train tracks that go no where mostly. Anambra is bounded by three states with busy airports, Enugu, Imo & Delta States. A railway line (whether surface or under) to the major ports that supply import/export traders would’ve made more sense than this white elephant project that lands only houseflies and the occasional passing vulture! 2 Likes 1 Share |
