Infinix launched the Infinix Hot 30 5G in July 2023, and it appears that a successor is already in the works. Because the Bluetooth SIG has verified the Infinix Hot 40, it will be accessible in the next months.

The model number X6836 is listed in the Bluetooth SIG database for the Infinix Hot 40. The device, according to the listing, would support Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. However, it has no information about the device's other specifications.

The Infinix Hot 40 is expected to be a low-cost 5G handset with a huge display and a large battery, similar to its predecessors, the Hot 30 5G and Hot 20 5G.

In India, Infinix's Hot series has been updated every six months. The Hot 20 5G was announced in December 2022, followed by the Hot 30 5G in July 2023. As a result, the recently observed Infinix Hot 40 could become official before the year's conclusion.

The absence of "5G" in the Infinix Hot 40's Bluetooth name makes it unclear if it is a 4G or a 5G-enabled device. Hopefully, subsequent articles will provide more details about the device.
