Electronic transmission Dismissal; Will People Come Out To Vote Next Time? by nkemjacob2(m): 9:17pm On Sep 06, 2023 |
One of the major reasons people came out to vote in mass was because there was an assurance that result will be transmitted electronically to aid transparency. But unfortunately we found the opposite and following tribunal dismissal. I ask with all this shinanigans can Nigeria still come out to vote trusting INEC? As for me I am done. 9 Likes |

Maybe yes, maybe No but that will make election a do or die affair since there won't be any transparency again. Our judiciary has finally killed our democracy. If election transmission is not constitutional, what then did senate passed? 2 Likes |

Voting has always been mere formality in Nigeria same as Court judgement. Everything is predetermined even before election so you guys should stop being emotional and accept the result. Nigerian President is selected by agreement between North and South based on interest and peculiarity of the election period. This 2023 is supposed to be for Igbos but the North and South met and agreed it's risky handing to Igbo because of present peculiarity so it should go West and the lot fell on Tinubu. Votes has never counted in Presidential election anywhere in Africa. 1 Like |
