You are right that this should not be adjudicated because it is a party matter. INEC fielded the LP Party logo ...so unless the person was switched and INEC challenged his right...it should not have concerned the Tribunal...the issue of withdrawing from his job is a valid reason however because you cant be doing something illegal and expect to be rewarded as at the time of the election.

For the presidential judgement, a petition was struck out because the petitioner is not a member of the party and the petition is about intra party matter.
