CHOOSING TO GO PUBLIC AND HIDE FROM THE PUBLIC AT THE SAME TIME: How the Judges deliberately gravely offended Nigerians.

1. There is only one logical reason the Judges will hide their faces from the people while reading out Judgement (which by themselves they decided to stream live), is that they know that the judgement will not only be against the people’s will but will gravely offend them.

2. How do you go public and chose to hide from the public at the same time?

3. So, the Judges’ hiding behind the camera may have been a safety measure against exposure to public embarrassment and assaults from the people which could be made easier if their current faces (not the official portraits that have been in circulation) are known to the people.

4. But why go ahead to do what you know fully well is not right? Why deliberately offend people, and believe that by hiding your face behind the camera you will make it impossible for them to identify you in public? In this age of internet?

5. In the Catholic faith, sin is broadly categorised into two kinds namely, venial sin and mortal sin. A venial sin can simply be defined as a ‘small sin.’ It is a minor offense not deeply thought through before committing. An example could be an impulsive speaking harshly to another during an intense argument in as much as the harsh expression is not grave and intentionally made to deeply hurt the other.

6. A mortal sin, however, is such that the offense is a grave matter, the offender is fully and consciously aware that it is a grave matter, and yet out wilfully decided, and committed it. It is referred to as ‘mortal’ because it disconnects man from God. Not that God cuts off from the person who committed a mortal sin, but that the individual of his/her own freewill cut themselves from God by doing what God detests, condemns and eternally abhors.

7. It is of God to judge the Judges of human courts. Nevertheless, it strongly seems that the Judges choosing to deliberately hide their faces from the people’s views is because they had decided to commit a grave offense against them, and thus deem it necessarily to make it difficult for the people to imprint their facial features in their mind, and thus unable to easily identify them in public. This may be a good example of what could constitute mortal sin.

8. Everyone want their good works to be seen. Corporations pay hundreds of millions of dollars for advertisement and public promotion of their goods and services because those that will patronise them will in the first place have to know them and have good impression about them. Many instances exist where brand ambassadors of big corporations have had their contracts either suspended or outrightly cancelled because the individual’s personality gets entrapped in scandal that is considered a bad image for the brand.

9. Good is proud when exposed, bad (evil) is not. Couples could kiss in public, and people will clap for them and celebrate their expression of love, but adulterers can’t, and the reason needs no explanation. Whatever is done in the hiding is most likely evil. Truth dies in darkness (@DeleFarotimi )

10. My sincere prayer is that the hearts of the Judges are inspired to retreat, recollect, and make amend of their offenses to God and man before it is too late. I know there will be those that will call me “Jesus’ PA” upon reading this. That is fine. What is important is that the Word has been proclaimed as inspired.

11. I also prayer is that what the lower court has failed to do well, the higher court must not fail to make right. Every Judge of earthly court must never lose the sight of the heavenly court to which all will face. The Judges of the earth to which great privilege was given to adjudicate and play ‘God’ among men, will have the privilege of the strictest judgement before the eternal Judge.

12. Nigerians deserve to be happiest when in Nigeria. Let the Judges use their good offices to make this happen, or at least set the journey to its realisation off.

13. Peace be with you dear reader!

EXPOSURE 4: Uploading of Election results to INEC server using BVAS machine at the polling units.

Final Ruling of the PEPT Judges: It is not necessary for INEC to transmit the election result on iREV.
EXPOSED LIES
The only thing that differentiated 2023 General election from previous elections in Nigeria is the use of electronic transmission of votes cast from polling units. The major reason Nigerians rejoiced over the 2022 Electoral Act was the introduction of electronic transmission of votes cast from polling units to a central INEC server known as iREV from which every Nigerian can view the results from any part of the world without waiting for usually compromised manual collation method.

To this effect, INEC produced a preelection guidelines stipulating how they will conduct 2023 General election, and the highest point in their guidelines that gave every reasonable Nigerian hope was their promise to use electronic transmission to transmit results from polling units to a central INEC server known as iREV. INEC went around singing this to the hearing of every Nigerian and even went abroad at Chatham house United Kingdom to also tell the whole world the same thing that all polling unit election results will be uploaded direct from the polling units to INEC central server as soon as election is completed at each polling unit.

News broke out a day to the election that INEC was planning to ditch electronic transmission and use manual transmission of election result, what did INEC do? INEC Chairman came out again a day to the election reiterating that there was no going back on the use of BVAS machine to transmit election results to INEC central server direct from the polling units, he assured Nigerians this and told Nigerians not to panic, the PEPT Judges cannot deny that they read that news and watched INEC Yakubu made these repeated promises.

It is so daring for the compromised PEPT Judges to damn all consequences and lie that electronic transmission of results was never necessary, it is well oh.

It is still sure that the abracadabra PEPT ruling was just another circus show unfolding

The one that is a MUST is BVAS and INEC did make use of BVAS because it is a mandatory requirement of the electoral act.

Uploading of result on irev is not and can never be a mandatory.

You people are just disgracing yourselves up and down.
This 2023 election really gave a lot of people mental breakdown.....lots of you folks need see a mental health practitioner ASAP

Young man, did you watch the video of INEC Spokesperson I attached?

Why are you happy or why should you or anybody be happy that INEC refused to upload Presidential election results on their iREV server but uploaded NASS own conducted same day? Aren't you and every other sane Nigerian ought to be angry with INEC for throwing us into confusion by not sticking to their own initial promises? Why are you satisfied that INEC did not use polling unit result upload on the election day?

That's because you didn't listen to INECs explanation that it couldn't do so because it was warding off thousands of attacks at it's server....attacks from those who don't have agents in all polling units and were hoping to hack into INEC server to manipulate votes

and you believed such a useless lie? lol

Let me explain to you as an IT expert.

You cannot hack an image.

The result to be uploaded on INEC server is in image format not as a figure that can be hacked. If it was electronic voting whereby the figures will be transmitted to a central server, then there can be possibility of hacking it and changing the figure.

But snapped image of polling unit results can't be hacked, if you hack it, what will you do? upload a different document that is not original INEC polling unit result sheet duly signed by all party agents, Police and presiding officer?

Its not even possible to hack a server to remove and replace an uploaded document to start with. That kind level of hacking don't exist. So INEC was just messing themselves up, foreigners and IT experts will just be laughing at INEC's baseless lies.

INEC was talking bullshyyyt, they intentionally blocked the result upload to server to give them room to manipulate the result during manual collation which is the place INEC usually use to rig elections in Nigeria since 1999 and reason every reasonable Nigerian celebrated when Buhari passed the 2022 Electoral Bill into law which made use of BVAS and polling unit result upload compulsory for every election in Nigeria.

If you could recall, immediately the law was passed, Bola Tinubu through his party filed a case seeking for INEC not to use electronic transmission of polling unit results, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma did the same thing for APC. APC knew that with polling unit result upload to central INEC server, their time was over as rigging will be reduced to the barest minimum so they instructed INEC to ditch the electronic transmission of polling unit results for Presidential election, which INEC did.

Please my brother, you are too young to be supporting evil and injustice, life doesn't end with supporting Tinubu because of tribe. Always stand for equity, fairness and justice, it helps a lot in life.

Transmitting polling unit results electronically to a central server will give credible Nigerians a fair chance to be elected into various positions which would help transform Nigeria by holding elected leaders accountable as they would know that if they dont perform they will not be reelected since rigging will become very difficult with compulsory electronic transmission of polling unit results direct from polling units, which will give people like you a chance in future when contesting against those that have amassed ill wealth and power through shady dealings

As far as the last election was concerned voting Tinubu was standing for equity fairness and justice. How fair can the polls be that he lost Lagos and Osun....lost Kano and Katsina.,.lost Abuja and plateau....
That the dynamics of politics didn't favour Obi doesn't invalidate the whole process.
What's the hullabaloo about irev when you have party agents at the polling units.... Oh I forgot Elupee couldn't get enough members or volunteers to man 175000 polling units only....what a shame upon all the online erats that litter the cyberspace with cries of obidenses

INEC is an independent body just like the judiciary, no amount of bullying, intimidation and blackmail can make them do anything against national interests and security.
