One struggle in particular that caught my attention was this one.
People want to be homeowners.
But you do know that not everyone will have the money to build a house or buy one?

You can almost hear your bank account saying: You don’t have enough!
Your income, savings and spending are the determinants of that house you long to own.
They are also the determinant of whether you cry every time because it’s either you may not have enough money to build or buy a house at once or whenever you think you’re ready, prices just go up.

But I can tell you that you can be a homeowner.
You don’t have to cry if after taking care of your expenses, you use the remaining money you’d rather spend unnecessarily to gradually accumulate building materials and in no time, you’d have saved enough to build that house.
You can be the man or woman who is moved by this advice, you can be the man or woman who ignores this advice, you can be the man or woman who watches others take action or you can be the man or woman who makes use of this advice.
