Never too late to develop cities that recovered from the uncivil war after just 50years but you should be ashamed of yourself that your cities that never witnessed war are struggling/competing with eastern cities.
We just triggered the second phase ( Electing our people to lead us as shown in abia, Anambra, ebonyi; Enugu and Imo will join soon)of motherland development. We have the 3rd and 4th stages remaining.
Don't panic yet on this phase, Ala igbo is rising again.
The third phase will come in after this where our people is diaspora will generate fund to develop motherland by sponsoring major infrastructures like .Ebuka obi is an example.

Aku ruo ulo.

God bless you. We are currently on the rise and a lot of people are not paying attention on what is happening. Everyone is so focused on presidency that they don’t realize that Alaigbo is going through a developmental revolution.

I really want to believe that's one of the reasons why Nigeria in particular is so backward, or rather, not as developed as desired.
Something that's yet to hit the ground, people with bizarre mind have started monopolizing it as if Anambra State alone can grow or sustain and consume the investment. Seriously, until Nigeria, with her human capital can begin to think and act out of the ordinary, then things may continue same way.

Yes he is slow but he is working on a lot of this that will outlive his administration. Sometime fixing road is not enough. You have to build institutions.
