Last weekend, we saw a host of Nigerian stars in action for their different club sides in Europe, with some putting up performances worthy of remembrance, while others would prefer to forget as soon as they can- perfect examples of such would be the red card Ahmed Musa received and the continuance of Vincent Enyeama’s unhappy start to life in the French Ligue 1.

Meanwhile, Nigerian forward, Peter Osaze Odemwingie was on hand to help West Bromwich Albion to victory in the English Premier League.

Here is a review of how Nigerians in Europe performed at the weekend.

How about a review of the performance of nigerian players home based?
Is it not time we stopped making this foreign based average players feel super?
They put on sterling performances for their clubs yet they could nt fly the naija flag high when it matters most.

I Agree.

And I wonder why Nigerians continue to blame their coaches for Failure.

Pardon me but who's this Ola Toivonen fellow.
Re: Performance Update Of Nigerian Players In Europe 2 by didoflex(m): 4:37pm On Oct 18, 2011
Ola Toivonen is not Nigerian. He's Swedish.

The Poster did not say he was Nigerian. Just mentioned that it was his strike that won the game for PSV.

Rabiu Ibrahim who sat on the bench was the real focus of the gist.
