Amaechi got to the highest point of his political career. How many south southern politicians apart from GEJ have achieved what Amaechi achieved? Speaker state house of assembly for eight years, Governor for eight years, chairman Nigeria governors forum, two times director general of his party's presidential campaign, minister of a juicy ministry (Transport) for eight years. He wouldn't have achieved all these under PDP. Now the man is resting after a fulfilled career.
