In a comprehensive 12-hour judgment, a panel of five judges, led by Haruna Tsammani, dismissed all three petitions filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Labour Party (LP), and the Allied Peoples Movements (APM), as well as their respective presidential candidates, challenging Tinubu’s election. Mama Diaspora, in her role as the Chairperson/CEO of Silicon Valley Nigeria Economic Development (SV-NED), called on President Tinubu, as well as the presidential candidates of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar; LP candidate, Peter Obi; and APM candidate, Princess ChiChi Ojei; along with other political parties and Nigerians, to unite in supporting President Tinubu’s efforts to advance Nigeria.
