Akwa ibom; The ypp candidate sen bassey Albert has a solid case against the governor.a staff from waec disowned the cert of the governor while a staff of uniuyo brought evidence showing that the governor was once expelled for forging waec.it is a 50 50 case.

Cross river: the case against the governor is not serious and will be dismissed.

Delta: the case against the governor is not serious unless sen agege was able to prove overvoting.
Rivers; no serious case

Abia; no serious case

Enugu; the governor will likely be removed or worst case,a rerun in nkanu east and west lgas

Ebonyi: no serious case here

Ogun: the case is serious.there will likely be vote deduction and a rerun in some units.

Lagos: no serious case

Oyo: no case

Niger: no case
Kwara; no case

Plateau; there is a serious case of illegal vote exclusion in naraguta ward and overvoting in mangu lga and over 20 wards across the state.there will likely be a supplementary poll and vote deduction.

Benue; no serious case

Nasarawa; a case of rigging and overvoting involving 5 wards.they will either affirm the governor or do a partial rerun.

Kebbi: no serious case

Sokoto: same as kebbi

Zamfara; no serious case

Jigawa; no case

Kano: there is a case of rigging and overvoting but I don't think it is substantial enough or compelling

Kaduna; there is a serious case but will be struct out based on technicality.the pdp filed their petition out of time and filed their ore hearing prematurely.

Yobe: no case

Borno; nothing

Gombe; no case

Bauchi; no serious case

Adamawa; nothing substantial or compelling except allegations of overvoting in michika, madagali and vote suppression in fufore and girei

Taraba; serious allegations of rigging and overvoting that may sack the governor.

Sometimes, the APC's view is the judge's view as was observed in the PEPT judgement

I made similar analysis before tribunal ruled and how did it end? At least 3 elections will be nullified

Adeleke was told not appeal because he had no case. Win or lose he had a case. he appealed and won. Buhari keep saying same about his past case. The judges even went on to talk down on the candidate and his lawyer.

This AKS you are talking about has been litigated by another Party up to the SC and quashed.

These ones are coming with almost same evidence.

The petitioner sef should be a convict unless I am wrong.

I think before you write. Everyone has a case till the judges decides. Some decisions are wrong but the judges are the last.

Akan okon took the matter to court prematurely before he submitted his name to inec or emerged pdp candidate.plus the evidence were weak.albert brought waec and uniuyo to testify.
With the acquittal of nwaoboshi,is it not obvious that Albert too will be freed?

Omo-Agege has well-qualified lawyers. The Tribunal judgments in most of the election cases in the Delta State election don't survive at the appeal court.
