A leading Cleaning and Facility Management Company based in Lagos is recruiting an Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading operations, as well as to drive sustainable growth through business development.

Job location: Gbagada, Lagos State

The ideal candidate will:
● Lead and execute all cleaning and facility management operations
● Ensure all cleaning operations are executed within the agreed time frame
● Conduct regular trainings for cleaning operatives on the professional handling and use of cleaning machineries and equipment.
● Ensure that services are operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.
● Develop a growth strategy focused on both Financial Gain and Clients Satisfaction
● Assess performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisition and sales
● Research and analyze business segments to identify and engage new business opportunities
● Submit reports to the Business Manager on all activities
● Be available for business travel when required
