Mtchew. Solution isn't increase on wages, except its 400%, which isn't possible. D solution is to identify the causes of inflation, such as price of fuel, which affected others.any other measure can't work.

Re: President Tinubu To Set New Minimum Wage Next Week by matm: 3:12pm On Sep 20, 2023
The minimum wage shld be the same for both fed and state workers and not just for fed workers.
Implementation shld be coming from monthly fed allocation to states.
If not, many states will tell u they don't have the money for it's implementation at the state level.
And dt means, no wage review for most workers.

By the time Tinubu destroys Nigeria's economy, Yoruba people will vote for a competent candidate, over a religious and ethnic tribesman.

Why do you sound so pained. He only announced what he has been fighting for which at the same time put FG on its toes.

N50,000 is fair, N70,000 is better, N100,000 is best.
who will they tax to have the money with which to pay the above. Tax the private sector and they increase prices, at the end that N100k will only be able to buy what N20k could before the increase. Nobosy is talking about increasing production because corruption has eaten so deep there is little or no hope for production to pick up anytime soon.

Now u guys will see market women and men increasing everything that the poor will most likely return to their villages.
This is not what cause increment, it shouldn't be

The reason for inflating of prices is high cost of productivity, running costs, cost incurred by the business stemming from devaluation of naira, removal of subsidy.

there has Always existed inflation rate whether irregardless of the state of the economy. The impact is been felt because the rate is very high above the normal 25%

some of you don't know anything about economics and causes of inflation, setting minimum wage above 65k will lead to further increase in price of things, every artisan and business person will review their price upward as well.

That's the issue..Even the landlord will increase house rent. At the end of the day, it will lead to inflation.
