With a broken neck Even if he wasn't dead as at the time of taking his body away from the hospital, they eventually slaughtered him when they broke his neck while trying to force the corpse into the undersized coffin.

In one of the episodes of a series called "1000 way to die", a guy was buried alive and when they went back to his grave to dig it for some reasons, they found blood inside. I think the incident happened in Haiti.
