NOC Support Location: Marina, Lagos Salary: 62k Net Qualification: OND in any Science Background The Support Personnel will be responsible for · Tracking and ensuring all issues relating to data center · Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with 2nd level support · Troubleshooting and resolving cooling issue with 2nd level support · Liaising with the team responsible for UPS, Network etc. installation and maintenance · Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on IT asset · Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage CVs should be sent to recruitment@tranter-it.com |
