VACANCY
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson for supermarket items, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth within our store at Trade Fair, Festac Lagos. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, provide product information, and facilitate purchases of a wide range of supermarket items.

Other responsibilities include;
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
• Provide customer feedback to the Marketing manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes in product price

Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar role
• Understanding of the wholesale sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• OND in Marketing or related field is a plus
• Proximity to Store location will be an added advantage
• A female is most preferred for the role

Benefits and Compensation
• 50,000 basic salary, subject to change to commission based if targets are exceeded within a given time frame
