Direct to the point, a friend has about 2m naira which he decided to buy 2 plots of land in developing area and allow it to appreciate before he sells. A friend of his suggested that he should learn mini Importation of items from China. That will sell to people that are selling those items in Nigeria continues that way, he will make more money compared to land. Hence I decided to share for him to have a better stance. |
