Porksupplyib: Who are those recruited in the army? Millions claiming Christians! Who are they training to kill? Neighbours and most likely their fellow believers in other lands! Jehovah's Witnesses have settled all our disparities peacefully among ourselves just as God's word foretold because we used the words of the Prince of Peace to make peace among ourselves! Porksupplyib: I'm not concerned with anyone else on this thread apart from you so if you want me to stop chatting with you just say so i'm not that desperate for discussions once i tell you God's will i'm done! I gave you the Bible book of Genesis 1:26-28 that God purposely intended that man should live as one big and happy family then show you how God intend to bring back sanity on planet earth at Isaiah 2:2-4 and repeated at Micah 4:1-3 Jesus came to establish a global campaign for this program and say those able to fulfil it will serve as EVIDENCE (WITNESSES) that the Prince of Peace {Isaiah 9:6} has walked on this planet! Act 1:8 So my mission here is complete except if you want to ask more questions and that's always welcome! 1 Like 1 Share |

Porksupplyib:Believing in Christ is not just a feeling you get in your head or a mere confession with your mouth. It's actually learning and putting everything Jesus taught and commanded into practice. For example, Jesus taught us to love our brothers, friends, neighbours and enemies and even pray for them, but the church I grew up in, CAC and some other Pentecostal churches like MFM, RCCG among others pray against their enemies and even pray for their death. Isn't that against Jesus's teachings? Most of these churches don't see anything wrong in their member joining the military. Obviously, military guys are just tools in the hands of evil politicians. Imagine a Christian brother from Nigeria going to fight and kill another Christian in Niger. Who are they fighting for? Whose side would God support? This is a serious problem. Not only are they killing their enemies, they are killing their fellow Christian brothers also. So where's the love in killing your brothers, neighbours and enemies? 1 Like 1 Share |

cornelboy: Manipulator and liars don come with further lies and manipulations For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord,....... That's what those you call christendom do everyday but hypocrites and madness and insanities peddling peddler like you and your brother in Jehovah will say they are making noise or are nosiemakers and exercise faith in your heart that God raised him up from the dead, you will be saved. Your insanities and madness peddling told us you have to be a Jehovah’s witness to be saved For with the heart one exercises faith for righteousness, Liar and manipulators who can read heart will tell us other Christian religious denominations don't know what the above means but with the mouth one makes public declaration for salvation. Yet Jehovah’s witnesses will say they are Noisemakers. Are Jehovah’s witnesses the Lord of those they call Christendom? Answer: No That's how you define their insanities and madness peddling |

cornelboy: "Believing in christ is not just a feeling you get in your head." You are absolutely right. And if you read my posts well u should have read "Believing in Christ and obeying his precepts". It goes beyond just believing. You must obey. That is the will of God. Christ preached LOVE. Love for even ones enemy and not only fellow brethren. So yes, I agree that those who pray for the death of their enemies are wrong and need to restudy their bible. Now I didn't need to be a JW to know that. That is what your Bible, and a good relationship with Christ and the holy spirit would teach you. And millions of believers around the world's know this and practice it. So this isn't anything "special". So tell me, do you still believe only Jehovah witnesses are doing the will of God? And will make the kingdom of God? When even amoung Jehovah witness we have thousands to million still living in flesh and sin, while yet still forming "Most holy brethren" ? Don't worry, I have many of you as colleagues. I see the life they live. |

We would be looking at the life of Cornelius. Cornelius in the Bible was a centurion, a commander in the Italian Regiment of the Roman military. He lived in Caesarea. ACT chapter 10; 1 There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band, 2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. 3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. 4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. 5 And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter: 6 He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do. 7 And when the angel which spake unto Cornelius was departed, he called two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them that waited on him continually; 8 And when he had declared all these things unto them, he sent them to Joppa. 9 On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: 10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance, 11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: 12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. 13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. 14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean. 15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. 16 This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven. 17 Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made enquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate, 18 And called, and asked whether Simon, which was surnamed Peter, were lodged there. 19 While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee. 20 Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them. 21 Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come? 22 And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee. 23 Then called he them in, and lodged them. And on the morrow Peter went away with them, and certain brethren from Joppa accompanied him. 24 And the morrow after they entered into Caesarea. And Cornelius waited for them, and he had called together his kinsmen and near friends. 25 And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. 26 But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man. 27 And as he talked with him, he went in, and found many that were come together. 28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean. 29 Therefore came I unto you without gainsaying, as soon as I was sent for: I ask therefore for what intent ye have sent for me? 30 And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing, 31 And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God. 32 Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee. 33 Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded thee of God. 34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: 35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. 36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all 37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; 38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. 39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: 40 Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; 41 Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. 42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. 43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. 44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days. |

Porksupplyib:Jesus, the apostles, the early church were all politically neutral and never participated in military services. They were only after the assignment Jesus gave them. I already showed you a clear reasons why a true Christian cannot participate in politics or military services. Matthew 28:20 [20]Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” All the commands are to be learned and obeyed. No room for cherry picking. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Porksupplyib: Prosperity message is supported both in the old and new testament. But since you want me to limit it to the new testament, I will certainly do that. I actually have two books on the subject of prosperity. The first is titled; Scripture Keys to Prosperity while the second is titled, Prosperity Scriptures. Let's look at a few scriptures in the New Testament on this subject; 3 John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things THAT THOU MAYEST PROSPER and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 2nd Corinthians 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; GOOD MEASURE, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. The above verse says that you will get far bigger than what you give away. This is prosperity. I have so many scriptures, at least up to 100 verses I can quote from the New Testament but time is not my friend right now. God wants us to have money but he also wants us to be ready to release that money to help the poor. 1 Like |

Porksupplyib: Now I hope you know Cornelius was a gentile? He was even said to be the first gentile to be Converted to Christianity. Before his ordained meeting of Paul and his conversion, he was regarded to as a holy man. Who loved God and prayed to him. His actions and righteousness was so noticed by GOD that even an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a vision, setting up the meeting with Paul. Do you know Cornelius was regarded as God fearing even though he was a Soldier? Do you know that even after his baptism and conversion and receiving the holy spirit he still remained in the intalian Army as a Centurion ? Or you saw where Paul told him he MUST leave the army Job he was doing? Please point me to it. 🤣 I find all ur dortrines interesting and a bit unfortunate how badly you have interpreted God's word to yourselves.. Well, I await that interesting quotation that shows Soldiers cannot be saved. 1 Like |

cornelboy: Smiles. That is the mistake you make. The early church comprised of people who lived their lives as we all do now. They had business men, artisans etc.and. Yes they must have had soldiers and government officials in their midst. Yes some of them were missionaries who moved around like Paul, but many were workers, just like you and I. When you say Christians cannot participate in any government and MUST remain neutral in everyway, I hope u understand that anyone doing government job will contravene that stand?😆 Now what does the bible say about christians obeying authorities? Let me help u. In Titus 3:1 Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good deed, In Roman 13 Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same. I can go on and On. Do you see that even as. A Christian you are obliged to serve and obey ruling authorities wherevvr you aware? These were admonitions of Paul. I hope you don't consider them irrelevant😆 1 Like |
