I want the army to please investigate this allegation. A supposed indigene known as Ighofose Paul in Ozoro has been Extortion and harassing people with army uniform. He claimed to be an army officer, a supposed "Captain". People close to him have never seen him leave the community for up to a month before and they wonder where he got his sudden training from. He works along side some other men all wearing military regalia to be used as hired thugs to harass people even at night. Please @NGARMY should investigate this and stop this harassment.
