A loser with less than 100k votes is not challenging the scores of the winner at over 800k votes, but challenging the suitability of the candidate so he can become the winner with his miserable votes. Jandor no get shame. 28 Likes 2 Shares |

Throwback: That's what your party men have been challenging in all the tribunals. Challenging eligibility of LP lawmakers instead of votes. So stop being a hypocrite 11 Likes 1 Share |

Nonny95: You are right and I agree, that is why I highlighted the gap between winner and loser. It is like a party that got 20k votes challenging the election of a winner 500k votes. E get mind to dey make such challenge having such a wide gap. 22 Likes |

What the tribunal is saying is that if a candidate forge a certificate, present it, contest an election and wins, such a candidate cannot be disqualified Our judiciary is now in the mud 10 Likes 1 Share |

So why did Jamb director and nigerians crucify that small girl that forge her Jamb result? Nigeria Judiciary Una well done o. I will advice jandor not to give up, he should appeal the Kangaroo judgement. This is what they are using subsidy remover to do, to make things difficult for opposition to challenge them in court. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Of course no one expected the tribunal to declare his election void,it's just not in the character of the Nigerian judiciary to dispense an election petition case against the candidate of a ruling party or an incumbent, whichever suits their interest and pocket more. But if certificate is not an issue why insist not just on possession of a minimum of school certificate but a genuine one at that as a criteria for vying for political office? Just tell everyone that your being an adult Nigerian is the qualification for vying for office. At least it would reduce the percentage of political office holders with different school levels of forged certicates. 3 Likes 1 Share |

duro4chang:They are just ruling based on whatever comes to their mind to justify whatever decision they make. I bet you, assuming Sanwo-Olu had lost and the APC was contesting the election based on an alleged forged certificate of Jandor, the same tribunal would have used it as the basis to disqualify the winner and everyone would have hailed them as it being the right decision to discourage certificate forgers. All the judgements so far have been just comical. In Kano, the sitting governor was deposed because the tribunal claimed thousands of his votes were invalid, but not a single one of the APC candidate was invalid! In Enugu, despite NYSC,the body responsible for issuing and retaining authentic copies of certificates issued to NYSC members that successfully completed service discrediting the NYSC certificate of the governor, the tribunal still returned him!! We are all clowns in this country, all of us!!! 1 Like |

Tribunal judges are ruling in favour of fake certificate holders because of Tinubu who is also a forger. Suddenly forgery does not matter in Nigeria. |
