milage will be zero since im buying brand new.

mileage can't be zero they come off the assembly line, unto the transport truck, to the dealership with approximately 15 miles on them. I will also have to drive it home from the dealer, this also depends on distance assuming i travel out of state to get what you want. I should also let you know that you pay hundreds of thousand more in clearing & custom at apapa when importing a car with less than 500 miles.
