1. Digital Strategy Development:

2. Content Creation & Graphic Design:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia assets.

3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule regular posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.

4. SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms like Google Ads.

5. Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Segment email lists and analyze campaign results for continuous improvement.

6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts.

7. Online Reputation Management:
- Monitor online reviews and manage responses to maintain a positive online reputation for properties.

8. Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

9. Collaboration:
