I have a dimmer lamp.
It's dark but gives shadow view of my room and furnitures.

I can't even imagine sleeping inside a dark room.
... There's got to be at least some kind of dimmed-light in the room.

Buy a sleep mask. Case closed.

I even prefer the lights on, so I can easily jump start when I wake up or be able to see whatever it's (in times of danger or insects) immediately I wake up.

I always have this phobia that if I off the light, I may not be able to sense danger. E.g snakes other dangerous insects.😂

Please guys, pls if anybody can help me with any little amount to eat I will be very happy. Feeding is a big problem for me and my family please no matter how small. I havent eaten anything since yesterday in the morning pls. My dad is a retired teacher and my mom is late. Am a single mother with my own son mouth to feed, the little money i make have use it to cater for my dad illness and pay house rent but his health is getting worst. Now we can't even eat or buy water to drink. Please if you're reading this message pls come to our aid, no matter how small it will go a long way pls. I am on the opposite. I can't sleep where there is no light. I hate darkness even when I am awake. Even when there is no light I must on our rechargeable bulb.

It is a common thing for many people.Medically if yiu switch off the light you are telling yiur system to sleep.The sleep will come.

In terms of security if yiu switch of the light you can see who is coming to your room .The person outside can never see you.
