There should be a limit in place as to how much these people can transfer without authorization from the President and Minister for revenue generating entities. There should be limits in place for trip expenses. If he wants to claim any trip expenses let him provide receipts before payment. All monies should and must be returned. Tinubu needs to circulate a circular to revenue generating agencies that anybody that collaborated with an outgoing director or employee to transfer money illegally will be sacked without retirement benefits.
