Where the skills comes in is managing a state in heavy debt, lean resources, then using skills to pull the state out of debt while amassing savings for development.
Anyway, we are seeing it now, why cant all the trillions saved from eg subsidy be used? What is the benefit of subsidy removal if we still get deeper in debt with no improvement on our fx exchange rate, instead naira keeps loosing value.
