In France, former player of the Lokomotiv football club Alexis Beck-Beck was saved from suicide, writes RMC Sport. It is noted that the psychologist and emergency services were able to persuade the athlete not to commit rash actions.

According to the portal, what prompted the 22-year-old football player to commit suicide is still unknown. However, it was previously reported that the player experienced romantic disappointment.

The Nice football club, with which the athlete is currently collaborating, canceled the press conference scheduled for September 29 . All arriving journalists were asked to leave the conference hall building. It was also reported that the operation to rescue the athlete was led by the military.

According to FC Lokomotiv midfielder Rifat Zhemaletdinov, Alexis Beck-Beck did not have suicidal thoughts before. According to him, the ex-team member communicated well with all the players and had never threatened to commit suicide before.

The French footballer moved to the Russian club in 2021. He played 28 matches for the railway workers, where he scored four assists. A year later he left for the French club Nice. Beka-Beka also played for French youth teams of different ages.
