Hello house.

I discovered my itron prepaid meter doesn't display on the meter screen, but I had light till my unit got exhausted i guess. I looked outside and saw there was electricity in other houses except mine, which made me believe my unit might be out...

Right now I can't recharge it because it's still not displaying anything.

Please what can I do to make it display readings?

And physically looking at my meter, there is no blinking light on.
