I am curious!

We all know that FTC and almost all comments on the page 1 or front page get same readership as the post. I have always believed that the hustle to make ftc and fp comments is only to enjoy the likes, shears, mentions and altogether, the popularity. However, a couple of times, I have seen people mention booking the space and looking for a buyer.

Now, I have made 1 or 2 FTC and many FP comments, and I have also recieved notifications a couple of times about a moniker that is trying to mail me. Even though I have never responded to any of such mails for 2 reasons, 1. I am not sure I want to take my acquaintances on NL beyond the faceless. 2. Ive completely lost access to the registration email account self! So, I don't know what those moniker may actually want to P-chat me about.

Out of my curiosity now, I wish to know. Could those mail be for ftc/fp space negotiation?

Has anyone actually sold ftc/fp?
How was the negotiations initiated and concluded?
