Yes that’s true there’s no physical contacts from those who bullied him at the time of his demise, but that doesn’t change the facts that all evidence of bullying pointing to Naira Marley and Sam Larry will let go without probe, if I can vividly remember Mohbad submitted a petition against the Sam Larry which police refused to probe, in regards to Autopsy it takes 6 weeks to get a corpse full autopsy results so make everybody just wait, I heard Mohbad childhood friend that got involved in a fight with him has been declared wanted by police

They have been remanded, you can go and ask the magistrate why they were remanded

What if they're kept there because that's the only place their safety could be guaranteed?

Of course telling them to go home after less than 24hrs of investigation would raise suspicion, and a possible mob action against them. Hence, the reason to keep them in a "safe Haven" (perhaps or definitely, in one of their VIP sessions)
