The PEPC place too much important on the highest votes.
does it mean that the person who has the highest votes in the Nigeria constitution is superior to the other constitution?
What about the candidate who wins more states than the candidate who is having the highest votes?
The PEPC even exposed their partisanship when they used technicality to strike out the evidence of votes Peter obi LP and atiku PDP had. The supreme Court can decide to look at those evidence to find out which of the candidate has the highest votes.
It'll be wrong for people to use the highest votes factor to predict on who will win in the supreme Court, because the supreme Court will not pass their judgement based on that factor, for example the governorship election case of Bayelsa state and Imo state, the supreme Court judgement wasn't based on who had the highest votes on those two states.
From the osun governorship election case in the supreme Court, it shows that it's necessary for INEC to obey its guidelines for an election.

It's called a democractic election for a reason.

The winner is who gets the highest vote and not the idiot who whines loudest .

Too many educated illiterates on this forum!

They are highly deluded bordering on pure insanity.

Imagine proposing that the Supreme court should not consider votes in arriving at their conclusion.

Same idiot will say they are democrats fighting for democracy

But how Democratic can that be, let me give an example, if they are two candidate "A & B"
If candidate "A" wins in 25 states and candidate B wins in 15 states, will it be Democratic for candidate "B" to be announced the winner, just because candidate B was able to use 15 states to get the highest votes?
A constitution that is faulty can't produced a democratic process, that is why every part of such constitution need to be obeyed, pending when amended

That's how it's done.

A candidate can only emerge winner after having won the most states .

If we go by majority alone , then only a northerner will be winning elections.

Buhari won the north for 3 election cycles straight but on his fourth try he only succeded because he had the spread from the middle belt and SW.

It is to protect minority votes from being suppressed by the majority.

It's not only when a candidate wins majority of states, that is when the candidate wins the total number of votes, this election is even an example, where Peter obi and atiku won more states than BAT

How did Obi win more votes than Tinubu ?

Spewing trash anyhow

Which states in the core north did Obi win ?

How many states outside the SE did Obi win?

Obi no even dey picture as he failed to get the minimum 25% spread for 2/3 of all states.

FYI, Obi is not in court claiming he won.

He is in court demanding the elections be declared null and void over INEC not transmitting results via IREV servers and also challenging Tinubu's qualification to run for office.

Obi lost fair and square and he is only in court in a sore loser capacity.

As for Atiku he did more woefully as he didn't get the PDP strong holds as expected in both the SS and SE. He lost the middlebelt and Kwankwaso put a severe dent to his NW votes.

Never ever mention Obi .

You are being too emotional and upset to the point of not even reading what I said.
Did I quoted you and told you which candidate has the highest votes, from the election results from INEC almost the top 3 candidate won equal states, but more evidence came out that Peter obi won in Rivers State and Benue state, increasing the total states that he won
