I intend to open a new football viewing centre that I want to use the concept of the pic below with just very little modifications at the sides using acoboards.
How much do you think this will cost me ?

Why not invest into E-sport rather than just normal view centre of this design that will cost you @ least #2M which is enough to start e-sports biz.

It's smartest to ask questions rather than assume. E-sport has no target ...try Google to educate yourself.
Moreover you seem mind madeup so go ahead and start with your initial idea.

The picture is not board and not informative enough. If you can locate the floor plan or spell your brief very well including the building area, you can then get a range.
