The rescuer will be risking his or her life. I have done that before at Oshodi, only God saved my life and the fact that my face is familiar to the person trying to harm the destitute.

The destitute was a sickly woman in rags, with a cancerous arm she's catering for. The people claimed that the people pretending to be mad were actually syndicate to kidnappers.
