(6) That one would think that if an Alumni of a university goes on to become the President of the biggest black Nation on earth, that the University would use his information, pictures etc for advertising and enrollment drive but everyone in Chicago is wondering why the silence from the University?

CSU said Tinubu never applied for any replacement of certificate , nor has he ever applied for issuance of certificate nor has he ever been issued a certificate by the school(CSU). Now to the point:
1. If He Tinubu has never been issued a certificate before going by the CSU'S desposition, where did he get the certificate he used to work at Mobil .
