   With the absence of your email address, your application will automatically be disqualified.
   As for your other question, winning a dv lottery does not guarantee you the US visa, you will still be required to meet up to the eligibility requirements.

Essentially,KCC no longer notify winners via postal mailing.he could only be talking about an e maik address.

Hmmmn. . .funny thing'§ that †ђξ KCC will NEVER notify winners via e-mails either. I doubt she'll need either though. I believe †ђξ forms that would be sent back τ̅☺ †ђξ KCC if she'§ selected, will be available on †ђξ entrants status check page. For some reason, I keep refering τ̅☺ you as she, don't mind M̶̲̅ε̲̣ if am incorrect.

She might be disqualified though if these info weren't given.
