In the land of the blind one eyed man becomes the king. Nigeria is a developing state and this is a development . It is " understandable" to seek more from the government but this train couldn't have been done any better. The project requires a railway track, that's what it got.

We should commend and demand more from our government when infrastructures like this are put in place .
