*Customer Service Agents are Required*
We are seeking the services of highly motivated and goal-driven individuals for the on-boarding of customers across markets.

*Tasks and deliverables include, but are not limited to:*
• Clients pre-qualification
• Customer’s contact through appropriate channels (phone calls, SM, e-mail, physical visits where necessary, etc)
• Where required, offering phone or other remote support to resolve customer issues and registration
• Weekly report of activities

*Requirements / Qualifications*
• SSCE / OND
• Proficient skills in the use of modern SM / ICT tools
• Good communication skills
• Functional Android phone
• Strong personal discipline and organizing skills
• Persuasive skills and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrable initiative on the job

*General*
• Performance-based remuneration
• Flexible work hours; the initial work module is mostly remote
