[/quote so, these your teachings and schoolings is what you are going to court with, even in the US, printing any document without the knowledge of the issuing body is a crime, in the deposition, the school laid down the procedure for replacing a certificate, the student must apply for a replacement and the registrar said that tinubu never applied for any replacement, now, if we tow your line of aguement, can you tell us where tinubu printed that certificate and who printed it, can you bring him to court?

They could not verify it because they didn't have the original. They don't have the original of that one because they don't keep certificates if the student picks them up. Always put things in their context.

I dont get the English people and their media....they will do anyhting to hold on to the union or company called niger area which they formed!
So Tinubu college record that shows a female gender on the transcript he gain admission is not forget abi? Even the CSU have alot to explain on why they were deceive to allow someone enter the sch by presenting a female bearing transcript..

That is clearly from the scanning of the certificate. Why would a forger want to remove the number 18 from the bottom of the certificate? Of what importance is it to the original copy?
Even traces of the cut out parts can be seen at the bottom of the Xerox.
