Ok, maybe it's just me, But I'm thinking/saying, since the world is going abuzz with technology and IM-ing (Instant Messaging - BBM, yahoo messenger, MSN messenger, AOL messenger), it might not be such a bad idea if some or even all of the services we use should let us communicate with them via chat too! Something like, instead of (wasting precious airtime) calling the Customer Care Unit of DSTV or Zenith bank or AERO airlines to log in a complaint, I simply buzz their customer care Rep via one of these Live chats (BBM, yahoo messenger etc) and chat it up with the person, for as long as i want!! The use of Smileys to express meself better would be an advantage too, What do you guys think?? Would you prefer to call or chat with a customer care rep? Why?, or why not?? (your reasons) |

Lol, you hate phone calls? Wow!! Shaa i wouldn't mind the chatting thing at all, it will definitely save folks a lot of money and since most people are used to chatting anyways, it wouldn't really make much of a difference who you are chatting with. |

Don't like phone calls either, but if i'm dealing with a customer care rep, i'd rather use the phone. The blow of my words work better that way. |
