i believe only Criminals are happy with the 1999 constitution because there are obvious and major issues and areas of concern.

Saying nothing wrong with the constitution is like saying a black spoon is white because your emotions are up. The 1999 constitution as we know it is not perfect, matter of fact we need to amend some aspects of the constitution to accommodate the largest economy in Africa. Extreme democratic tendencies are not good for Africa. Democracy makes your economy to be easily manipulated by outside forces! We should be weary!
