Abia state governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has approved the appointment of 24 New Permanent Secretaries into the State civil service.

A letter signed by the Secretary to Abia State Government said the appointment follows a recent examination and interview of the qualified candidates.

The 24 New Permanent Secretaries are to visit the office of the state Head of service for further instructions.

Appointment of the following as Permanent Secretaries;

1 Ngozii Queen Obioma

2 Paul Ogwobunka

3. Uche Ukpabi Ukeje

4 Okezue Godwin Chukwudike

5 Justine Oluchi Eboh

6. Ogechukwu I. Maduka

7 Izuchukwu Onwughara

8 Obi-Chianakwalam Elechi Agatha

9. Chinagozi Bright Adindu

10 Ifeyinwa B. Uma-Kalu

11 Ogechi Becky Oguama

12 Ijeoma Clara Dim

13. Nwanyieze 0. Otum

14 Ugonma Mercy Jimonu
