Please, can some tell me why it is very difficult for us to have good president, lawmakers, governors, ministers, LGA chairmen, heads of government corporation or agency heads, cbn governor, heads of anti-graft agencies, etc that are selfless at least for once? Was this the way other better countries started or are we just cursed? |
