Today is another fresh new day and I hope you will use it wisely. As a note of emphasis, today is the deadline for your exam registration.

Like I always advise, please don't fall into the trap that the registration will be extended.

That aside...

As you go into this weekend, I want you to do everything in your power to revise without putting too much strain on your body.

I understand that the exam is very close and you might still have a lot to cover. However, don't stretch the capacity of your body beyond that it leads to

1. Memory distortion
2. health complications prior or after the exams.

I can't mention how many students have experienced their brain go blank in the exam hall for 40mins or more. During this period, they cannot write anything or think of anything regarding the examiner's questions... It is as if their brain is empty at that moment.

Also, there are several students whose health get worse because of the way they treated their body while studying. Especially not getting enough sleep.
Knowing what you now know, please ensure that you take caution so that you won't be a victim of any of the above.
