Unfortunately, it's approved since OBJ administration. Cars are for 4years, they must be changed and new ones purchased. It's part of the perks of the offices, not just president but down to even some commissioners and kings.

Are they not the ones that told Nigerians to make sacrifices for the country?Which sacrifice are they making too?Don't they already have fleet of cars as ex governors, pensioners after misruling their states for 8years,long serving senators and ex ministers?
