That's why op put it first... Money first ,but it varies anyways. Because knowledge brought money and association to some. Association brought money and knowledge to some.. Na why them say destinies aren't same..

For example President Tinubu didn't have money at first according to history. He associated himself with Politicians like Awolowo and Akintola of 1970s and 1980s respectively, he gathered wealth of expériences about rulership and politics. In order words he had stipends (some money) through that, from his historical backgrd he could attend Chicago school then according to him, but then he didn't have the money yet, it took him a long time before he became Lagos State governor, from his emergence as Lagos State gov, his achievement, he started doing well politically, and the money too started following as a result of business and others, note that he had all of them, to further his ambition of presidency he put more pressure on association noting that he might lose his ambition if care wasn't taken. I think Tinubu had a very wide association circle of influence to emerge as the number one citizen of the federal republic of Nigeria, the number 1 seat of power in Nigeria.

This example may sound smh to some people, I am just looking at this discussion from his historical perspective to site an instance of why Knowledge is important.

Hence, I think the quest for knowledge supercede the quest for money and association because having knowledge can influence the home coming of money and association.
