Good day all

Pls what could be the problem with the CCTV, as I have done all I could including factory resetting it but still yet same issue.. It used to show clear images of my apartment, but it started blikering, and finally stopped showing any image... Pls expert in the house, can u tell me what caused the CCTV Cam to stop displaying live footage but rather this purple colour.. Pics attached below

I ve...even went as far as factory resetting it to see if it will go back to being as new, but no result still...d tin self tire me
