Major Duties
Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Assistant provides administrative support for the clients, and assists the Director and Admin Support Coordinator (ASC) in maintaining daily operations of the company. The incumbent applies judgment, discretion, and initiative in performing a full range of moderate to complex professional level secretarial and administrative work assignments.
Acts as a receptionist, assesses client needs and schedules appointments through EAB and workshops for advisors in multiple departments, and makes referrals to appropriate branch units.

Maintains accounts, database system, and financial records, helps with client assistant payroll, initiates service requests, travel requests and reimbursements, and processes human resource paperwork and documents.

Processes and files important department forms, prepares advisement materials, reserves rooms for workshops and special events, assists with creating forms, brochures, and other materials.

Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
Must be computer literate.
Equivalent to three (3) years of full-time, general office clerical work that has provided the applicant with the knowledge and abilities listed.

Equivalent to full-time college or university education/vocational school training in business or job-related field may be substituted for up to two (2) years of the required experience on a year for year basis.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Thorough knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; and office methods and basic filing systems procedures and practices.

Ability and specialized skills to: organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks; learn, identify, and independently interpret and apply a variety of complex policies and procedures; review and resolve routine clerical problems.

Work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; prepare and draft memorandum and correspondence.

Keep moderately complex records and files; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships; operate standard office equipment, and software.



Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
Office Lensor International offers an excellent benefits package, including but not limited to: transportation, tea/coffee, medical, dental, vision, and more.

Classification/grade
Nigerian Minimum Wage (NMW)

The anticipated HIRING RATE is N50,000 per month. The salary range for this classification is: #50,000 - #150,000 naira per month.

HOURS: Full Time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday.

REG: This is a Regular position with a one-year probationary period.
