APPEAL COURT SACKS ANOTHER ENUGU LP REPS MEMBER

The Court of Appeal has sacked Chijioke Okereke of the Labour Party as the member representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji-River Federal Constituency.

The Court dismissed Okereke’s appeal against an earlier sack by the Enugu State National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal.

In a judgement delivered on Monday, the Court ruled that the appeal against the tribunal ruling that Anayo Onwuegbu of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is the rightful winner of the election, lacks merit.

DAILY POST recalls that the tribunal had sacked Okereke, affirming Onwuegbu as the duly elected candidate of the February 25 poll.

Onwuegbu had approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Okereke on the grounds that he was a stranger to the election as his name was not on the result sheet as the candidate of the Labour Party.

I don't understand this particular decision.
Is it that Chijioke Okereke was not qualified as the authentic LP candidate, or that the INEC made a mistake in the results sheets and couldn't even correct the results even as they were collating and announcing the results??

These are pointers to the fact that the Presidential and NASS Election in the South East were massively rigged in favour of Peter Obi and other LP candidates.

Good one, more of LP will go down shey obi want to be a defiant isn't? We have told him we will remove all his feathers, cut his wings and thrown him into cold midnight rain to reset his ugly head with his cat-voice.

In Nigeria politics we will never experience obi again. I never see evil carnage the "Lord Beast 666" bitch like obi in my life.

Supreme court should affirm the sack. LP must die unless obi is kick out of the party.
